What’s the role?

Are you a dynamic and versatile Sales Account Manager with the proven ability to nurture strong relationships and influence positive outcomes? As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the foundation of our sales model, and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain alone. This field‑based role is all about meaningful interactions with customers and a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability. You don’t need experience in the construction industry to apply. We’re looking for someone who is a great fit for Hilti – collaborative, curious, driven, and passionate about delivering results and great customer experiences – and our training will cover the rest. What'll you do

* Be out and about in your designated region meeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailor‑made solutions.
* Demonstrate innovative products and state‑of‑the‑art software, develop focus customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
* Be responsible for operational, organisational and strategic account management of your sales area, fully utilising the best‑in‑class Salesforce CRM system.


What you’ll bring

* Full, manual UK driving licence and willingness to travel – site visits Monday to Friday.
* Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK. Note: we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for Account Manager roles.
* Proven sales account manager or other sales experience, gained in any industry.
* We are keen to speak to applicants from an engineering, construction or technical background.
* Solution‑oriented approach – uncover customer pain points and needs.
* Shared values – commitment, teamwork, courage and integrity.
* Resilience and adaptability – comfortable meeting all levels of customers from Site Operator to Managing Director.
* Drive, curiosity and a motivated approach to achieve success, with a passion to learn, develop and grow.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously to manage time and priorities.
