Tribal Recruitment is growing its Rec2Rec function and is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to help attract top recruitment talent into some of the UK’s fastest-growing recruitment businesses.

The Role
As a Rec2Rec Consultant at Tribal Recruitment, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment businesses with their hiring plans while helping recruiters make smart, career-defining moves.
You will be responsible for:
* Working closely with recruitment agency leaders to understand hiring needs
* Headhunting and engaging experienced recruitment consultants across multiple sectors
* Managing the full recruitment process from first conversation to offer and start date
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and clients
* Advising recruiters on career progression, culture and earning potential
* Developing and managing a strong, active pipeline of talent
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in agency recruitment (Rec2Rec or sector recruitment backgrounds welcomed)
* Strong headhunting and candidate management skills
* Confident working with experienced and senior-level recruitment professionals
* Commercial mindset and ability to manage multiple live roles
* Motivated by performance, growth and high earnings
