The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Permanent Team Manager with expertise in renewable energy, clean tech, or engineering recruitment to take over a warm, high-performing desk in our London office. You’ll inherit a well-established client and candidate base from a top biller who has recently left the industry (best year of £380,000), focusing on mid-to-senior level placements across the UK’s renewable and energy transition markets. This is both a hands-on billing and leadership position. The London Permanent team currently consists of seven consultants, with the opportunity to assume full leadership responsibilities by mid-2025 — or sooner, depending on experience.
