Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering a broad and engaging Art curriculum that meets the diverse needs of pupils across key stages. Creativity, adaptability, and a thorough understanding of SEN teaching strategies are essential to inspire and motivate learners in their artistic development.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience of teaching Art in a special education setting is highly desirable.
* Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Full-time availability is essential.
* Candidates must hold a valid DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one.
* Due to the rural location, the role is particularly suited to candidates with access to a car.
