The Member Experience Manager is responsible for all aspects of running an efficient, safe, and profitable flexi-office environment, focusing on providing exceptional customer service to new and existing members. You will manage your team alongside the General Manager, ensuring ongoing support and training to maximize their potential and enhance our members’ journey.
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Customer service experience from retail, hospitality, or similar fields
* Experience and confidence in managing a team
* Knowledge of financial processes, including invoicing and P&L statements
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
* Ability to order lunch from Deliveroo once a month
* Cereal and fruit are provided in the buildings
