Senior Salesforce Administrator (Contract) – Payments / FinTech

Overview
We are partnering with a fast-growing payments / fintech organisation in London seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support key initiatives across user access, controls, and governance.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SOX & AUDIT
This is a hands‑on role ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional with strong expertise in access models, permissions, and audit readiness, operating within a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise Salesforce access controls, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing models
* Configure and maintain queues and user access structures
* Produce and manage audit reports to support governance and compliance requirements
* Support the design and implementation of scalable, secure access frameworks
* Partner with technology, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with governance standards
* Assist with ongoing improvements to access management processes and controls
Essential Experience (Must have)
* Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments
* Deep understanding of profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing models
* Experience managing queues and access structures within Salesforce
* Proven ability to generate and manage audit reporting
* SOX experience and Audit experience
* Strong stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills
* Experience with ITGC environments
* Exposure to Segregation of Duties (SoD) remediation
* Knowledge of Salesforce Shield
* Familiarity with user access review tooling
* Background within finance, fintech, or payments organisations
Working Arrangement
London‑based with 3 days per week on‑site, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
