The Job

Every day, they run, control, and optimize a wealth of high-quality creative media to deliver our message and continue the successful growth in the user base we've enjoyed year on year since 2015.
Your Experience
Must have:
* 5+ years in digital marketing/user acquisition;
* 3+ years managing a performance marketing team;
* Expert understanding of the mobile user acquisition, marketing landscape, mobile analytics, and mobile attribution (including SKAN and Sandbox);
* Expertise in analytics and visualization software, e.g., Looker, Tableau, and Excel;
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and recommendations;
* Expertise in Google Play and App Store connect reports & analytics;
* Understanding of privacy regulations: GDPR, CCPA, DMA, etc.;
* Experience managing large marketing budgets across various digital and media channels;
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to promote and negotiate new ideas.
Nice to have:
* Experience in the Health & Fitness domain.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
* Leading User Acquisition at Flo by managing and optimizing performance marketing across platforms: iOS, Android, Web;
* Managing an 8-figure user acquisition budget to achieve high user and revenue growth;
* Developing new growth initiatives by following best practices and strategies in user acquisition;
* Creating test plans and experimenting with various UA initiatives to identify high-impact opportunities;
* Overseeing all reporting and analytics related to user acquisition and marketing;
* Optimizing and reporting performance across multiple ad networks;
* Managing relationships with other teams: ASO, onboarding, creative studio, product teams, privacy & compliance;
* Liaising with ad network vendors and collaborating with Flo teams to develop creative ads and materials;
* Developing and managing the User Acquisition team.
