Up to £40,000 and No Domestic Work
My client is a multidisciplinary, independent environmental consultancy that has been working in the UK and Northern Ireland for over 15 years. They are a licensed removals contractor and have UKAS accreditations in testing and inspection also. Do you want to be an Asbestos Surveyor for such an inclusive company?
Over the next 24 months, the business needs an abundance of resources to help them with their extensive commercial contract’s portfolio. The contracts for Asbestos Surveying span nationwide, so location is not an issue if you are not from Dartford.
Responsibilities
* Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties in the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
* Compile comprehensive reports to be sent to clients.
* Ensure all work carried out is to UKAS standards and in line with HSG:264.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Assist with any queries and provide technical support.
Essential requirements
* BOHS P402 certification with a minimum of 12 months field experience.
* Experience of working on projects in the domestic sectors.
* Full UK driving license.
* Flexibility to commute and complete out of hours/weekend work.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
