Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards are met and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and service
* Supervise and train kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service
* Implement effective team management strategies to enhance staff performance
* Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
* Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings
Requirements
* Previous three years or more experience in restaurant management or similar role
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques
* Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
* Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
* Previous experience in restaurant operations, hotel environments, or as a barista is advantageous
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
