The Senior Insolvency Administrator works under direction to progress a portfolio of insolvency cases which may include corporate and/or personal assignments.
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of five years insolvency experience, who is highly organised and able to cope with multiple responsibilities. Our new colleague should have an up to date knowledge of insolvency legislation, relevant case law, guidance from regulators and other government bodies.

The role will require the individual to open an insolvency case and administer it from start to finish with guidance and direction required, some of the daily tasks include:
* Ensuring case files are set up, accurate and meet with statutory requirements
* Initiating case data on office systems
* Corresponding with creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors and other professionals adhering to Middlebrooks internal and external values.
* Completion of statutory obligations for reporting.
In addition, the role will have a focus on assisting in the realisation of assets and adjudicating the claims of creditors. Another main area is that of employee claims and liaising with the RPS.
A major part of insolvency work is the submission of accounts to the relevant body for overview. This process is central to the role, and dealing with the resultant queries is key.
Transparency is paramount to insolvency legislation and the role of Senior Insolvency Administrator requires the drafting of multiple reports to a variety of stakeholders within an insolvency estate.
Middlebrooks is proud of our bespoke internal systems to administer insolvency cases some of these which are relevant to this role's KPIs are:
* The maintenance of an overall chargeable rate as per the Time Allocation Guide
* Ensuring timesheets are always current and not outstanding per our timesheet policy
* Working within our Task Management system
* Ensuring that tasks are maintained in a timely manner
* Using the Middlebrooks weekly Scorecard as a mechanism to work with flexibility.
