Sales Support Executive
to allow them to continue their exciting growth plans.

As a
Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring customers, introducers and suppliers receive an outstanding experience throughout the lifecycle of their agreements. You'll work closely with Relationship Directors and Internal Account Managers to process financial agreements, liaise with customers and suppliers, and ensure all deals are administered right first time to meet our SLA and compliance standards.
Role responsibilities;
Managing correspondence between Relationship Directors, Internal Account Managers, and their clients.
Monitoring customer accounts and providing information as required.
Raising finance agreements including Hire Purchase, Finance Lease and Refinance.
Updating systems with all transaction details to ensure business-wide visibility.
Preparing payout documentation accurately and on time.
Completing transaction files and ensuring compliance with a 'right first time' approach.
Requesting invoices from suppliers and carrying out KYC checks.
Key skills required;
Previous customer service experience.
Strong IT literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong personal integrity and confidentiality when handling data.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to use your initiative.
