Repairs and Re-Let Manager\n\nLocation: London\n\nSalary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum + benefits\n\nRequirements: Full UK driving license and own vehicle\n\nBring homes back to life\n\nWe’re looking for an experienced Repairs and Re-Let Manager to take ownership of property refurbishments between tenancies across our London portfolio. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality refurbishments at pace, coordinating contractors, and ensuring lettable standards are exceeded, this could be your next career move.\n\nOr maybe you come from a Construction “on the tools” background and are ready to take the next steps in your career.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou’ll be responsible for managing the entire voids process from initial inspection and scope of works through to completion and final sign-off ensuring quick turnaround times and consistently high-quality results. You will be managing multiple sites are one time so need to be able to thrive in a fast paced and busy environment.
Time really will be of the essence.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage void refurbishments and minor repairs across a large residential portfolio\n\n * Conduct pre- and post-inspections, diagnose defects, and prepare detailed works schedules\n\n * Coordinate contractors and ensure works are completed on time and to the required standard\n\n * Ensure full compliance with H&S legislation, CDM regulations, and internal quality standards\n\n * Review and approve contractor invoices, ensuring value for money and works completed\n\n * Provide technical advice to internal stakeholders on maintenance and repairs\n\n * Assist with insurance claims and manage any rechargeable works\n\n * Weekend availability may occasionally be required for post-completion inspections\n\nAbout You:\n\n3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, from a construction background\n\nStrong understanding of residential construction and building defect diagnosis\n\nFamiliarity with HHSRS, CDM regulations, and construction health and safety best practices\n\nExcellent project coordination, contractor management, and report writing skills\n\nStrong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel\n\nHighly organised and able to manage multiple refurbishments simultaneously\n\nA clear communicator who builds strong working relationships\n\nFull UK driving license and access to your own vehicle\n\nBenefits:\n\nPrivate medical insurance, including dental and optical cashback (post-probation)\n\nLife assurance (4x annual salary, post-probation)\n\nCycle to work scheme (post-probation)\n\n£500 annual wellness allowance for health and sports activities (post-probation)\n\nAbout the Company:\n\nWe are a leading residential real estate company with a growing presence in London and other global cities.
