We are seeking to appoint a one-to-one SEND teaching assistant to support a Year 3 student in a mainstream primary school in the Walsall area. This school has a wonderful reputation locally and is looking for a long-term TA with a passion and determination to support children with SEND needs.
The successful candidate will support a child who struggles to access the mainstream curriculum and benefits from tasks broken down into smaller, engaging activities. This is a long-term support role.
Details:
* Working hours: 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday, during term-time only.
* Previous experience working with children with SEND is essential.
* Official teaching assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential; the school values the right personal qualities and commitment to the child.
This opportunity to join a well-regarded and supportive primary school makes this vacancy highly desirable. Our local consultant will contact you upon receiving your application to discuss your experience in more detail.
