St Andrews Links Trust (SALT) has embarked on an ambitious journey to create a more sustainable future through its Driving Impact Sustainability Strategy and Climate Action Plan. These plans set out organisation-wide commitments to address a broad range of sustainability and climate priorities, integrating environmental, social and governance principles across every aspect of the business.
To help deliver these commitments, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sustainability Manager to lead the implementation, monitoring and reporting of SALT's sustainability and climate programmes.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the Driving Impact strategy, embedding sustainable practices across all business divisions and ensuring measurable progress towards our long-term sustainability targets. You will act as a key link between the Senior Leadership Team, the Sustainability Working Group, and operational departments—facilitating collaboration, refining action plans, and overseeing progress reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive understanding of sustainability, including both environmental and social dimensions, alongside strong project management, communication and analytical skills. You will be passionate about driving positive change and capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels to embed sustainability across the organisation.
