To support the F&B Club Room Manager to ensure the service and experience members receive in the Club Room, Lake Room and Events is at the highest level.
Responsibilities
* To deliver excellent customer service and maintain service flow and standards at the highest level.
* Take ownership of the members experience.
* Maintain presentation, cleanliness and professionalism.
* Support teammates and always uphold standards.
* Be presentable, punctual and attentive. As a Food and Beverage Service Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant and Kitchen team to ensure a seamless 5 star service is delivered of all orders to our members across our two restaurants.
Qualifications
* Must be able to demonstrate 1st class customer service.
* Enthusiasm for F and B with a positive approach to work.
* Be flexible, work as part of a hard working team and have a willingness to learn.
* Experience of working in a restaurant or bar environment.
* Fluent in English.
