About A&M Global Capability Center Private Limited
In 2023, A&M established a high-quality global capability center in India. The center has dedicated centers of expertise working with A&M leadership across multiple business units and geographies to enable efficient service delivery to clients. As we embark on this journey, the firm is actively building a strong, capable team for the center. The GCC is growing rapidly and already has a team of over 350 members.

About GCC Global Advisory
Alvarez & Marsal’s GCC Global Advisory practice acts as trusted advisors, providing practical solutions to the unique problems of companies, investors, and government entities. We focus on elevating conversations around workforce rebalancing, operating model modernization, and maximizing ROI from assets and capabilities, leveraging Centers of Excellence. Our team of operator/consultants offers independent analysis and end-to-end transformation services, delivering tangible business value across economic cycles. We work on target operating model design, process transformation, digital enablement, and transition execution across various corporate functions, combining operational and financial expertise with technology-led solutions to accelerate growth and efficiency. GCCs and GBS functions are key levers in this strategy.

What Will You Be Doing?
As a member of the GCC Global Advisory team, you will collaborate closely with Senior Directors, Managing Directors, and client leadership teams in a highly impactful environment. Your contributions will include strategy development, operating model assessment, process benchmarking, transition execution, and digital transformation initiatives for leading global organizations. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in GBS setup, functional transformation, shared services migration, and process optimization to drive large-scale programs. Additionally, you will be involved in business development, innovative solution design, and market expansion initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Are comfortable with ambiguity and adopt a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Can work independently with minimal oversight while managing high-impact projects.
• Have experience leading consulting engagements across various industries and global markets.

This role can be based in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon) or Bengaluru, with potential flexibility. Candidates should be willing to travel domestically and internationally on short notice, with travel requirements estimated between 25-50% of the time.

Experience Required
• 10+ years in GBS, shared services, or consulting, focusing on GCC/GBS/Shared services transformation, transition, and process reengineering.
• Experience leading shared services setup and transition projects, including location assessments, workforce planning, and migration.
• Hands-on experience in operating model implementation, knowledge transfer, process optimization, and governance setup.
• Experience across multiple functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal) supporting business transformation and shared services expansion.
• Skills in financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and FTE sizing for feasibility studies.
• Management of service delivery transformation projects, including vendor selection and contract management.
• Strong project and program management skills, leading large-scale process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to define KPIs, SLAs, and governance mechanisms.
• Familiarity with automation and digital tools (RPA, AI, process mining, analytics), with experience using tools like Celonis, UiPath, or BlackLine being a plus.

• Transition & Change Management: Setup, workforce transition, and knowledge transfer.
• Data & Financial Analysis: Business case evaluation, financial modeling, and cost reduction analysis.
