Our client is seeking a Finance (Senior) Associate to support their finance team in delivering high-quality operational activities. The role offers flexibility in working hours, making it suitable for both part-time and full-time candidates.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting the processing of supplier invoices and payment activities.
* Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
* Assisting with reconciliations and routine accounting tasks.
* Supporting the preparation of reports and finance‑related information.
* Assisting with internal presentations and finance updates.
* Responding to finance‑related queries from internal teams and suppliers.
* Using finance systems and tools to support day‑to‑day operations.
* Providing general administrative support to the finance team.
* Supporting process improvements and new ways of working.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience within a finance or administrative role and be comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment. They will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a methodical approach to their work, along with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. A basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping principles is beneficial, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful individual will be proactive, reliable and interested in developing their finance knowledge and technical capabilities.
