Salary: £27,000 – £28,000

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organised and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our growing People team in Macclesfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration, recruitment, or onboarding experience who is looking to develop their career within HR. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle while working closely with a supportive and collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the day-to-day administration of HR activities across multiple sites
* Coordinating recruitment activity, including interview scheduling, offer letters, onboarding, and pre-employment checks
* Leading new starter inductions and supporting a positive onboarding experience
* Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems
* Supporting training coordination and compliance tracking
* Assisting with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
* Providing general administrative support to the People team
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience within HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, or a similar administrative role
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* A positive, team-focused approach
Desirable
* CIPD Level 3 qualification or currently studying
* Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-site environment
* Previous experience using HR systems or recruitment systems
