Due to continued project growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate façade design across multiple live schemes. This is a key role within the business, working closely with commercial, operational and client teams to ensure technical accuracy, programme compliance and successful project delivery. The Role Manage façade design from pre-construction through to handover Coordinate curtain walling, window systems and rainscreen packages Oversee design development, technical submissions and approvals Liaise with architects, consultants and main contractors Ensure compliance with current regulations and fire requirements Support project teams with technical guidance and value engineering Project Types Apartment blocks High-rise residential schemes Student accommodation Schools Fire stations Project values typically range from £100k to £4m. Requirements Proven experience within curtain walling (essential) Exposure to rainscreen cladding and window systems Strong technical understanding of façade detailing Proficient in AutoCAD Confident working in a client-facing capacity Experience working on residential and education schemes preferred
