We are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer for our client in Lincoln.
(This position is ideally office based in Lincoln, but can accommodate hybrid working or remote options if needed)
Salary in the region of £40,000-£50,000pa (depending on experience)

The Role (but not limited to):
* Communicating with clients on a daily basis, dealing with matters over the phone, email or in person
* Updating branches/ building relationships with our referrers
* Updating/ maintaining a case management system
* All aspects of residential conveyancing including leasehold and freehold
* Liaising with other parties’ solicitors, brokers and estate agents
* Managing property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, New build and Shared ownership transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity from inception until post completion
* Updating clients on progress of matter
* Chasing outstanding enquiries
* Checking mortgage offers and searches
* Title checking and reporting to clients
* Raising and signing off the enquiries
* Maintaining and checking Due Diligence and Risk Assessments in line with the firms’ policies
* Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and data protection regulations.
* Exchanging contracts and completing the transaction
* Dealing with requisitions
* Mentoring and training colleagues
Required Knowledge and Experience
* Experience as a residential conveyancer managing files end to end
* Proactive, solutions focused approach with strong organizational skills
* Strong communication skills, confident with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
* Collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to share knowledge and best practice
* Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues or a keen interest in developing others
* Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
* Attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving setting
