The role We’re looking for a highly organised Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support our busy Marketing and BD teams. In this fast-paced role, you’ll help manage client data, coordinate meetings, prepare proposals and pitch materials, support congress and event attendance, and track performance metrics. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth team operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our client acquisition and retention activities. You’ll also assist with marketing campaigns, social media content, brand consistency, supplier coordination, internal communications and company events. The role includes general administrative duties such as managing calendars, budgets, invoices, and document storage. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, proven coordination experience (preferably in marketing, communications or healthcare), and a proactive, positive approach. A keen interest in marketing is a plus. Requirements Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination role (preferably within marketing, communications, or healthcare sectors) Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team A keen interest in marketing is desirable Benefits 33 days annual leave Birthday day off 5% pension contribution Private medical health insurance WORKsmart - allows employees to have flexibility around their start and finish time Hybrid Working
