Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Experience with databases, SQL-based languages, and the use of investigative tools on datasets. Preferred qualifications: Experience in developing strategies in fast-paced engaged environments, impeccable business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome. Ability to take ownership, confidence to interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, and be a team player. Ability to work with a wide variety of departments. Responsibilities Partner with Sales Operations to set Quotas, measure performance and ensure accuracy of financial reporting to business and global finance. Lead monthly Profit and Loss reporting, including performance reviews with leadership across Partnerships. Surface insights on country and product performance and provide recommendations to shape investment decisions and long-term strategy. Develop tools and data infrastructure to communicate business performance to a range of audiences, including senior management, simply and efficiently. Initiate and implement global process improvement initiatives for finance, including shaping the global system and data infrastructure agenda, drawing on automation/process expertise as well as AI. Manage core finance processes such as month end close, budget management and annual planning, as well as act as a Finance Business Partner to advise on strategic direction and cost allocation.
