Marketing & Administrator Coordinator

Salary £28,000 - £30,000 DOE

40 hours per week - hybrid

Location Erdington Birmingham

Are you a proactive and organised individual who enjoys combining strong administrative skills with a flair for marketing? Our client, a respected construction and development business delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the UK, is looking for an Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an exciting dual‑role opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to contribute to both the operational efficiency and creative promotion of a thriving construction company.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing

* Coordinate and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
* Assist in producing marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and newsletters
* Update website content with the latest company news and project updates
* Support photography and videography coordination for live sites and completed projects
* Monitor engagement metrics and suggest creative ways to improve brand visibility
* Help organise events, exhibitions, and client presentations


Administration

* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the office and project teams
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
* Maintain and update internal systems, project documentation, and filing
* Support diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
* Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
* Liaise with subcontractors and clients to ensure clear and efficient communication


Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in administration, ideally within the construction or property sector
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident and professional communicator
* Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media management
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or WordPress is advantageous
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
