About the Company

They’re now looking for someone warm, organised, and switched‑on to join their Partner Services team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you will be doing
* Being the go‑to person for partners — answering questions, solving problems, and keeping them supported
* Handling onboarding from start to finish (systems, documents, set‑up — all the good stuff)
* Coordinating across teams to make sure partners get fast, seamless support
* Helping with compliance, billing queries, and internal processes
* Keeping workflows tidy, improving processes, and making things easier for everyone
* Building great relationships and making partners feel looked after from day one
What you’ll need to succeed
* Experience supporting senior stakeholders or partners (legal or professional services a bonus)
* A warm, friendly communication style
* Strong organisational skills — you keep things moving
* Ability to juggle different tasks calmly and confidently
* Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and being that steady, reliable point of contact
