Customer Team Member
Location: 2 Shore Street, Brodick, KA27 8AG
Pay: £12.30 per hour
Contract: 16-20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What You'll Do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems and improve customer experience.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant, maintaining shelves, prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Engage with the community through activities and events.
