We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Marketing Manager to help turn product innovation into revenue impact. You will play a central role in how we take products and features to market, shaping the narrative, enabling sales, and driving adoption, loyalty, and growth across our SaaS offering. This is a highly cross‑functional role that sits at the centre of product, sales, and marketing, ensuring our positioning is sharp, competitive, and always evolving.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and content channels to generate pipeline and support revenue targets.
* Support the launch and positioning of new products and features, working cross‑functionally with product and sales to bring them to market effectively.
* Work closely with sales to align campaign activity to buying stages, target accounts, and commercial priorities.
* Track and report on campaign performance, using data to optimise spend and improve conversion over time.
* Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one‑pagers, and battlecards that equip the team with clear, differentiated messaging.
* Contribute to persona development, competitive awareness, and market insight that sharpens how we position and communicate our offering.
* Support initiatives that deepen engagement with existing customers, from onboarding content to best‑practice resources and advocacy programmes.
* Identify opportunities to improve retention and surface cross‑sell and upsell through targeted communications.
* Brief and manage external agency partners, ensuring outputs are on brand, on brief, and delivered to a high standard.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across product, sales, and leadership, communicating marketing activity and progress clearly and with confidence.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
* Strong storytelling and messaging skills, able to translate complex products or services into compelling value propositions.
* A confident writer who can craft clear, compelling copy across formats and audiences, from technical content to executive communications.
* Exposure to product marketing including experience creating or contributing to sales enablement materials.
* A self‑starter who takes ownership, works with pace, and drives activity forward without waiting to be directed.
Desirable
* Strong project management skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
* Experience working in product‑led or growth‑focused environments.
* Experience working in a small marketing team, where managing competing priorities and focusing on what will drive the most impact are part of the day job.
