You will be responsible for the management of existing relationships, business development leads generated by them, the quality of those leads and their positive rate of conversion into sales. You will support the businesses by achieving company growth through business development and new initiatives; generating sales from business development.Your tasks will include:Identifying new opportunities for Business Development and working with the Senior Business Development Manager to agree next steps When identified, negotiating with new potential partners to explore the opportunity for joint working with TGCG, OA and Cherished Home CareFinding and nurture new relationships that are identified as potential contributors to future business growthWorking with the Senior Business Development Manager and Marketing team to create both internal and external communicationsWorking alongside the Head of Operations and Head of Live-In to communicate and engage the Regional Care Teams in any partnership/key business development relationshipsReporting monthly on the progress of partnerships, reviewing progress to date and making recommendations for the evolving partnershipAttending meetings as required with the partners/new business relationships to ensure strong relations are maintainedMaking presentations on TGCG, OA and CHC to key business development contactsEnsuring that all Business Development contacts are loaded onto the CRM and that there are regular and meaningful contact with these contactsProducing monthly KPIs for the Directors with analysis of leads and sales with justification against effort and associated spendWe are looking for the following skills and experience:Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently, as well as part of a teamA consultative approach, with excellent active listening skillsConfident and able to present to different types of audiencesDriven by targetsExcellent working knowledge of the care sector, operational experience may be an advantageStrong commercial focus mixed with the understanding of the softer aspects of the care industryAble to identify new opportunities for strategic growthAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong planning and organisational skills Ability to network and build relationships at all levelsProven sales skills and rapport buildingStrong financial budgetary skills and ability to develop meaningful KPIs in support of financial targetsAbility to identify areas of opportunity for self-developmentA positive can do attitudeStrong systems and process abilityDriving licenceProviding high quality care in people’s homes across Scotland and England, The Good Care Group is part of a family of home care brands in the UK, including Oxford Aunts, Cherished Home Care, Prestige Nursing & Care and Comfort Keepers (Ireland).
