Key Responsibilities
* Lead and maintain exceptional Front Office standards and guest satisfaction
* Ensure all SOPs are regularly reviewed, updated, and fully implemented
* Train, coach, and develop the Reception team while maintaining accurate training records
* Maximise departmental profitability through upselling and effective cost control
* Manage payroll and departmental expenses in line with business levels
* Carry out inductions, appraisals, and performance reviews with clear objectives
* Build strong communication across departments including Housekeeping, Revenue, and Maintenance
* Undertake Duty Management shifts as required
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience within a 4/5-star hotel background
* Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit
* Experience using Opera
* Proven leadership and team development skills
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Strong written English and confident Microsoft Office abilities
* A motivated and professional approach with the ability to inspire others
* Experience working within a busy Reception operation
