As a Sales Advisor at ProCook, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional customer service while helping customers find the perfect kitchen essentials for their needs. This is a part-time 12hrs/week position! Your Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage customers, providing assistance and product knowledge. Demonstrate and promote our extensive range of kitchenware and cookware. Achieve sales targets through effective customer interactions and upselling. Maintain store presentation and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Handle transactions efficiently while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and helpful shopping environment. Requirements The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred. A passion for cooking and kitchen products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work well in a team and independently. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
