As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering one-to-one support, small group interventions, and assisting teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Key Responsibilities:

 Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
 * 
 Work one-to-one and with small groups to deliver targeted learning interventions
 * 
 Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
 * 
 Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to promote a positive learning environment
 * 
 Implement effective behaviour management strategies
 * 
 Encourage and assist pupils to complete classroom tasks and develop confidence
Who We’re Looking For:

 Individuals with school-based experience or experience working with children
