What You’ll Be Doing
As an SAP Quality Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Resolving SAP incidents related to Quality Management solutions.
* Managing requirements analysis by collaborating with end users and stakeholders to ensure clarity and documentation of change requests.
* Overseeing the development of functional specifications for SAP Quality Management configurations, working closely with partners during the build and testing phases.
* Collaborating with functional consultants and developers on larger projects to deliver impactful changes.
* Producing high-quality documentation, including functional specifications and project reviews.
* Engaging with your user community to build strong partnerships.
* Acting as the data quality custodian for our systems.
Your Skills and Experiences
Essential:
* Extensive experience in SAP Quality Management (ECC or S/4) and its principles.
* Proven track record in delivering SAP project lifecycles in a Lead/Senior Technical/Consultant role, especially in complex regulated environments.
* Ability to produce high-quality functional specifications and confidently discuss changes with team members and the IT community.
* Understanding of key ITIL processes.
* Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications in the Quality Management area.
Desirable:
* Completion of SAP QM courses (e.g., S44100 Implementing SAP S/4HANA Quality Management).
* Technical experience, such as debugging and understanding ABAP, is a plus.

Our department is dedicated to ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests, while also delivering new capabilities through a roadmap of exciting projects.
