About the role
The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency supporting well-known brands such as No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, and Boots' own brands. We combine external creative and production capabilities with the speed, flexibility, and brand knowledge of an in-house team, with extensive experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.
The Senior Agency Project Manager acts as the key link between client managers, external agencies, and resource management teams for larger, complex, or critical projects. They oversee asset delivery, coordinate with media buying and production agencies, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines. They report directly to the Head of Agency Operations.
Manage larger, complex projects in collaboration with the Head of Agency Operations, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
Collaborate with senior client managers and production managers to develop and maintain agency project management processes, including managing APMs.
Create and oversee project plans for large or critical projects, adapting to client needs and timelines.
Negotiate resource allocation with the operations team based on project requirements.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and deliverables are met on time.
Assist client managers with project communications; may communicate directly with clients as needed.
Be more involved in asset checking and delivery to clients and partners across multiple platforms than a typical project manager.
Manage the work of Agency Project Managers.
What you’ll need to have:
Senior project management or relevant delivery experience in a creative or business environment.
Experience working with media buying and planning teams is essential.
Experience managing a production house or working in a production studio is a plus.
Strong knowledge of digital asset management and delivery.
Experience communicating with clients and negotiating resources.
Ability to understand, map, and plan processes into robust project plans.
Degree or equivalent in a creative, business, or related field.
Comfortable working in a dynamic creative environment with rapidly changing plans.
Ability to unify teams around complex process planning and establish systems for critical projects.
