They are looking for a skilled and flexible Accredited HGV Master Technician to join our professional Service Team at their Heathrow location. This is a varied role, offering outstanding earning potential, manufacturer training, and a long-term career path with a business that puts people first. The Role: Carry out diagnostics, complex repairs, servicing, and routine maintenance on customer vehicles Attend diagnostic appointments and complete repairs in line with manufacturer standards Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment Participate in ongoing brand-specific training and development What’s on Offer: Basic Salary: Up to £47,000 (DOE) £3,000 Split Shift Allowance Productivity Bonus: Up to £6,000 per year (paid monthly) Realistic OTE: £74,574 per annum Overtime: Paid at 1.5x (weekends and out-of-hours) Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm and 2:00pm–10:30pm Optional Roadside Technician Rota available for additional earnings Benefits: 30 days annual leave (incl.
