Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Technician 2Job Overview: We are seeking a Mobile Engineer to support multiple sites across Aldershot, High Wbe, and Portsmouth, including surrounding spoke locations. The role primarily involves distributing peripherals and end-user devices (75%), managing support tickets (20%), and occasional break/fix tasks (5%). A full manual driving licence is required for site travel usingpany vehicles.
1. Location: Aldershot/High Wbe & Portsmouth (Mobile)
2. Daily Rate: In-scope IR35, of £ (PAYE) OR £ (via a Hays Approved Umbrellapany)
3. Contract Length: 1 Dec/2025 to 31/Dec 2025
4. Start Date: 1/Dec/2025
Key Responsibilities
5. We are looking for a mobile engineer in and around the Aldershot area, and we are looking for a mobile engineer who could cover 3 key sites (Aldershot/High Wbe & Portsmouth) and their surrounding spoke sites)
6. The site and engineer must have a full drivers' licence for manual vehicles so they can drive CC vans onsite.
7. 75% of the role will be handing out peripherals and equipment, 20% ticket management and 5% Break/Fix engineering (not essential).
Key Requirements
8. Handing out peripheral and End User Devices
9. To ensure all tickets are managed and updated appropriately
10. To return all parts in a timely manner via a returns process with appropriate paperwork.
11. To work within a team to achieve departmental KPI’s & Goals (SLA, Customer Satisfaction, Utilisation, Efficiency, Productivity & Financials)
12. To build a good and professional relationship with customers onsite.
13. To engage with other team members.
14. To escalate any issues or areas for quality improvements to their Team Leader
15. To follow all departmental procedures as specified by the Team Leader/ODM
16. Regularly attend daily calls/team meetings
