Poundland & Dealz is looking for a Store Manager Designate to lead a dynamic team and create amazing value every day. Key Responsibilities
* Coach and guide the store team to deliver excellent customer experience.
* Develop and manage a safe, inclusive environment for staff and customers.
* Drive commercial objectives, including sales, shrink, and service efficiency.
* Plan and manage store operations, staffing, and rota schedules.
* Implement induction and development programmes to support staff growth.
