Location: Fully remote
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: £30-60K based on experience, plus 20% commission uncapped
CakeDrop is an award-winning supplier of branded treats for businesses, with a client base including Meta, Netflix, and WeWork.
We’re seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to join us during a pivotal growth stage. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and is eager to influence the future of a growing business.
You will work closely with the founder to drive new business and convert high-potential leads into long-term clients. This position offers uncapped commission, unlimited growth opportunities, and a substantial equity option pool based on performance.
We want a proactive doer who enjoys the sales process, builds meaningful relationships, excels at closing deals, and takes pride in results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and engaging prospective clients in sectors like workplace, hospitality, marketing, and events
* Managing leads through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to account management
* Representing CakeDrop with energy, personality, and integrity
* Contributing to our growth strategy alongside the founder
Ideal candidate profile:
* Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record
* Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about sales
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Personable, professional, and commercially savvy
* Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting
* Networks within HR, Office Management, Hospitality, or Events sectors are a bonus
