Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Patient Flow team based within Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary for a Patient Flow Co-ordinator.
The post involves working across the Multi‑Disciplinary Team within acute and community services.
The role is pivotal to the flow of patients through the healthcare system, with the post holder acting as the driving force and co‑ordinator of services we provide across acute and community settings, promoting timely discharge from hospital to home or other care settings throughout the region of Dumfries and Galloway.
