Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant

The Role
As an SEN TA in our School, you will:
* Support in the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
* Work collaboratively with therapists and support staff to address each child\'s EHCP goals
* Foster confidence, respect, and independence in our pupils
* Use a variety of strategies, including sensory tools and movement breaks, to support learning
Who We\'re Looking For
A TA with experience in SEN or SEMH settings — a patient, creative, and resilient individual who can support SEN learners. Someone who believes in a holistic approach to education, focusing on both academic and emotional development. A team player who is committed to fostering a positive, respectful learning environment.
