Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 3pm Friday 6.30am - 12.30pm
Are you a passionate and experienced Head Chef looking for a fantastic work-life balance? We're recruiting for a Head Chef in East Kilbride to lead a busy kitchen operation with an early finish every day and no weekend work. As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll lead from the front, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations
Plan and prepare fresh, high-quality menus
Manage stock control and ordering
Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Maintain excellent presentation and service standards
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Passion for fresh food and high standards
Sound knowledge of food safety and HACCP
A practical trade test will form part of the interview process to showcase your skills and creativity.
