About the role As an SEN Cover Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include: Delivering pre-prepared lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Using effective behaviour management strategies to maintain structure and support student success. Providing individual and small-group support for those with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs. Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and resources for accessibility. Building strong relationships to boost confidence and participation, while tracking progress and providing constructive feedback to support development.
