PMO Analyst - ERP Transformation (SAP S/4HANA) - Remote
18-Month Fixed-Term Contract - £60,000-£70,000 + 5% Bonus
Robert Half are working with a high profile client that is embarking on a high-impact transformation programme to simplify and modernise core business processes. At its centre is the consolidation and transformation of three legacy ERPs onto SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on implementing standardised, best-in-class processes.
We are seeking a PMO Analyst with proven experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations to play a pivotal role in this complex, business-critical programme.
Candidates without demonstrable SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation experience will not be considered
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the Transformation PMO Lead to establish and maintain robust governance frameworks across end-to-end business and IT activities.
2. Drive rigorous status reporting, validating project updates to ensure accuracy and transparency across all ERP workstreams.
3. Develop, coordinate and deliver meeting packs and executive reports, enabling clear, informed decision-making.
4. Track progress across the full programme lifecycle - from design and build through to test and deployment - proactively monitoring budget, schedule, risks and interdependencies.
5. Identify, report, and help resolve risks and issues; drive change control and escalation pathways to maintain delivery integrity.
6. Act as a liaison, fostering strong relationships across technical and business teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Essential Experience & Skills:
7. Substantial PMO experience on complex, large-scale ERP transformation programmes - ideally SAP S/4HANA or similar Tier-1 solutions.
8. Full programme lifecycle exposure: design, build, test, deployment, and post-implementation support within an enterprise environment.
9. Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and articulate pragmatic solutions.
10. Proven stakeholder management ability, engaging confidently with senior business leaders and cross-functional delivery teams.
11. Clear, concise communication - both written and verbal - with experience preparing governance materials for executive audiences.
12. Financial acumen - experience with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management in a transformation setting.
13. Self-starter, flexible, proactive and resilient under pressure.
