Justine has competed at the top of national showing including HOYS. She owns a successful riding school based on the Herts/Essex border. The chosen candidate will become part of their friendly team, assisting with day to day yard duties, riding lessons and the daily care of the ponies. Mucking out, turning out and bringing in, general care of the horses, helping with lessons, and all yard duties to ensure yard runs efficiently. Training Full training through the Equine Apprenticeship supported by Haddon Training. Maths and English functional skills to be completed as well if required. Qualifications required Willing to work towards L2 Functional Skills in English & Maths if you don't have a GCSE grade 4/C. Skills required Some previous experience with horses would be beneficial to being successful in this application. Prospects A possible progression onto Level 3 senior equine groom apprenticeship or full-time position on completion of the apprenticeship.
