About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced practitioner to join our team as a Pastoral and Safeguarding Manager at our two‑form entry primary school. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inclusion, social and emotional wellbeing, and safeguarding, with a proven track record in promoting a positive ethos within a school environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a safeguarding background, ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils.
Key responsibilities
* Provide pastoral support and foster wellbeing for pupils.
* Deliver exceptional care to pupils and their families.
* Support pupils to achieve high levels of personal welfare and academic attainment.
* Collaborate with staff, parents and external agencies to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
