As our End of life services Trainer you'll be supporting the delivery of individual and group training/assessment sessions across our End of life services sites to ensure all colleagues are working in accordance with policies & procedures to deliver the best end of life care, support and experience.
This role will involve travel to our sites across the south.

What to expect..
8. Support and deliver engaging virtual and classroom-based training sessions to all End of life services colleagues.
9. Facilitate new starter training.
10. Carry out regular colleague assessments of key skills to ensure a consistent high standard.
11. Provide training support where a skills gap has been identified.
12. Support and engage with the Academy design team to enhance and develop training courses.
13. Maintain standards in line with KPI's, policies, legislation and industry compliance.
14. Spend time working within the End of life services operations.
What we're looking for..
15. IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
16. Great communication skills with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
17. Organised with strong attention to detail.
18. High level of understanding, empathy, and compassion.
19. Confident in delivering training in group settings or on a one-to-one basis.
20. Hold a full UK driving license required (access to your own vehicle).
Training..
21. Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we’ll provide full training.
22. Travel to other sites will be required.
