An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in Bangor, Northern Ireland. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
This care home offers 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by trained healthcare professionals.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key duties include:
* Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
* Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, understanding regulatory frameworks
* Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records, incorporating modern technology
* Overseeing medicine management on your shift in accordance with policies and legislation
* Making timely decisions
* Utilising clinical skills to guide and support team members
* Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring others following the NMC Code
Preferred skills and experience:
* Ability to lead a care team
* Passion for delivering quality care and supporting residents and families
* Effective communication at all levels
* Understanding of CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
* Knowledge of relevant legislation
* Ability to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment
Salary and benefits:
The successful nurse will receive an excellent salary of £19.74 per hour, up to £45,165.12 annually. Vacancies are available for both day and night shifts. Benefits include:
