About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and professional Resident Liaison Officer to join a dynamic team based in Stevenage. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring smooth communication and support during ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone who is approachable, organised, and enjoys working in a community-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the main contact for residents, addressing enquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Liaise with contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders to keep residents informed of progress and schedules. * Provide updates on works, potential disruptions, and safety measures to residents. * Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and project-related communications. * Assist in resolving any issues or complaints, ensuring positive relationships are maintained throughout the project. * Support community engagement initiatives and events when required. What We’re Looking For: * Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer for a Social Housing contractor. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents of diverse backgrounds. * Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations professionally. * Previous experience in a customer-facing, community, or project liaison role is desirable. * Flexibility to work on-site and occasionally outside standard hours when necessary.
