Senior Field Service Engineer – Commercial Coffee Equipment
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to join a leading organisation within the commercial coffee equipment sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to step into a senior, field-based role with added responsibility for supporting and developing other engineers within your region.
You will be working across commercial coffee systems within the Ho.Re.Ca. and Office Coffee Service sectors, delivering high-quality service, technical expertise, and exceptional customer experience.

* Standard working hours: 8am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities
* Install, commission and maintain commercial coffee equipment
* Diagnose faults and carry out advanced repairs on customer sites
* Support, mentor and supervise Field Service Engineers within your area
* Manage technical escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently
* Ensure all service work is completed to high quality and compliance standards
* Carry out regular engineer check-ins and performance support (1-2-1s)
* Support regional planning and workload distribution for efficiency
* Ensure accurate completion of service reports and documentation
* Liaise with internal teams including scheduling, technical support and service desk
* Support recruitment, onboarding and training of engineers where required
* Promote continuous improvement and service excellence
* Participate in weekend rota cover as required
About You
* Proven Field Service Engineer experience in a technical or engineering environment
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
* Experience working on commercial coffee machines (bean-to-cup desirable)
* Previous mentoring, supervisory or senior-level experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Good organisational and problem-solving ability
* IT literate with experience using service systems or handheld devices
* Full UK driving licence
* Flexible to travel and work weekends on rota
