We're currently working on the behalf of an established company seeking an Office Administrator to help with a range of duties. You will be responsible for:
* Sorting and distributing incoming mail and emails
* Answering telephones, greeting clients and directing enquiries
* Updating databases, data entry and data cleansing
* Completing forms for compliance - recording documents
* Following up with clients to get necessary information and paperwork, checking paperwork and ensuring all is received
* General administrative duties / filing etc
The company are looking for someone to work circa 20 hours per week and they are flexible regarding how these hours are spread e.g. 5 short days or 3 longer days etc. Previous experience in an office / administrative environment would be highly beneficial
