Job Overview
* To protect our customer's property, people, and assets by providing security services in accordance with the site's published Assignment Instructions (AIs) and any updates.
* Deliver results that meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements, ensuring service quality and contract retention.
* Undertake ongoing training for self-development.
Main Duties
Operations
* Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK Law.
* Complete all site tasks as defined in the published Assignment Instructions.
* Review and suggest improvements to the Assignment Instructions to enhance service quality.
* Maintain valid front-line security licenses (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA License, renewing at least 16 weeks before expiry.
* Follow instructions and safety procedures diligently.
* Work systematically and methodically.
Training
* Complete all required competency training satisfactorily.
* Engage in additional training for continuous improvement.
* Utilize technology for work objectives and professional growth.
Security and Health & Safety
* Report hazards or safety concerns immediately.
* Stay alert to potential threats and take appropriate action.
* Maintain professional conduct, especially in challenging situations.
* Document incidents accurately and promptly.
* Adhere to schedules and security protocols, including check calls and incident reporting.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous security experience
* SIA License
* SC Clearance (desirable)
