About Our Client

Job Description

* Provide administrative support to recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence.
* Maintain and update candidate records and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely communication and updates.
* Support onboarding processes by preparing relevant documentation and organising induction schedules.
* Respond to candidate queries in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations during all recruitment activities.
* Provide general administrative support to the secretarial and business support department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

* Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role within a professional setting.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with candidates and colleagues.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in tasks.
* Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices in recruitment processes.
